パレード伏見洋菓子店は京都・伏見桃山に実店舗を構え、テイクアウトを中心とした「焼き菓子」や「生菓子」等のお菓子を販売する小さなスイーツ工房。 パレードで出している商品は全て、パティシエが一から厨房で一つ一つ丁寧に作り上げており、また、白砂糖を使わずに身体に優しい低糖質な「きび砂糖」を使っており、食品添加物も使用しておりません。 その他「国産米粉（グルテンフリー）」「純国産鶏卵」「国産の果物」など素材選びにもこだわってお菓子作りをしているので、安心してお召し上がりいただけます。 ラインナップは、窯焼きのシュークリームや生クリームと季節のフルーツのショートケーキ、ロールケーキをはじめ、定番のレモンケーキ、はちみつマドレーヌ、マスカルポーネとフランボワーズのマドレーヌ、サブレ・ディアマン、サブレ・メイプル、ブール・ド・ネージュ、ガレット・ブルトンヌ、セザム・マッチャetc..といったメニューを常時販売・提供しています。 そして、季節によって新商品を定期的に出したりなど、お客様に常に楽しんでいただけるよう試行錯誤を重ねています。 また、カフェカウンターでのイートインも行っており、生菓子や焼き菓子を厳選したコーヒーや紅茶、季節に合わせたドリンクと一緒にお楽しみいただけます♪ 涼しい季節には、外でゆっくりとお過ごしいただけるテラス席もご用意していますので、ぜひご利用ください。 A café and sweets shop in Fushimi-Momoyama offering drinks such as coffee and café lattes made from top-grade, carefully selected beans, Japanese black tea, as well as baked goods like financiers and madeleines, and fresh pastries such as seasonal shortcakes and cream puffs. At the café counter, you can enjoy our specialty coffee, Japanese black tea, and seasonal drinks for eat-in service. All drinks and in-store items are available for takeaway.
